Role: HR Operations Manager Industry: Business to Business Location: Berlin, Germany Salary: 70,000 euros - 90,000 euros (dependent on experience) My client are a consultancy whose goal is to change the world (literally!) and are going through hyper-growth globally. Therefore they are looking for an experience HR Operations Manager to join their team and be based in their Berlin office. You will be part of a global People team who are continually to grow strategically and add value to their business. They need an expert in all things operational: policies, processes and systems, as well as someone strong on data analytics. You will manage a team of up to 6 people, so team management experience is also essential. Due to their high growth they are an extremely fast-paced business so you must have experience in a similar business, with the ability to work in an agile and changing environment. Duties include:Create new policies and ensure all existing policies are in line with the company valuesIdentify efficiency gaps in any HR policies and processesImplement global HR processes including performance and time management, annual salary reviews, bonus and compensation, etc.Provide guidance to the global HR team on a number of generalist aspects including recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation and benefitsLead on designing and delivering core HR metrics to present to the senior leadership teamLead on all HR analytics and advise on new implementations/changesOversee and lead on the execution of all HR operations globallyManage a team of 6 HR Advisors They are a business who are proud of what they do, and the people truly care about each other. It is therefore vital you are ready to join a business who are all about their purpose. They are also ready to truly invest in new HR tools and systems, so you must be experienced in advising and rolling these out. You must be proficient in both English and German.
