Description

This is a permanent full time role managing the recruitment of roles across the business nationally. You will report into the HR Manager and manage end to end recruitment of mostly head office based positions. You will be able to work closely with HR, L&D and stakeholders across the business to understand their recruitment requirements employing a direct sourcing method where possible.

You will be responsible for recruitment strategy managing talent attraction, refining and defining recruitment processes, talent mapping and budgeting.

You will work flexibility from home, in the office in Chesterfield regularly and travel to London where required.

Profile

• Recruitment experience ideally internal
• Head office based recruitment experience
• Flexibility to be based from the Chesterfield office and cover recruitment nationally
