Role: HR Business Partner Industry: Technology Location: City of London (remote currently) Salary: £60,000 My client are a large matrix technology organisation who are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People team looking after the tech function. As a business going through signification change and transformation, you must have experience in a similar business and ideally a large organisation. Alongside the day to day business partnering, as a HRBP you will also lead on a number of projects across the function, working closely with the wider team of HRBPs. You therefore must be comfortable with leading change projects end to end, and being involved in heavy transformation activity. Examples of projects will include;Strategic workforce planningOperating model/organisational design workRedundancy/re-structuresTalent managementAlthough this role will not involve direct line management, there will be lots of opportunity to get involved in coaching and mentoring. Having the right attitude and being a proactive and forward-thinking HRBP is key to this role. You will also have good exposure to working with difficult stakeholders and be able to give strong examples of this.
