HR Coordinator / Officer - Media - £30,000-£40,000 - London

Multinational Media firm based in Central London.

Your new role
HR Coordinator / Officer reporting into the HR Director. A fully generalist role with involvement in HR project work (incl. new HRIS implementation, reviewing and updating company onboarding and induction process); supporting varying complexity ER cases (incl. note taking in grievance and redundancy cases); advising employees around maternity/paternity and shared parental leave.

What you'll need to succeed
A strong HR generalist background, ideally gained having worked in the Media industry. An understanding of the redundancy and restructure process is crucial, as is experience administering the entire employee lifecycle and supporting end-to-end recruitment processes.

What you'll get in return
A competitive £30,000-£40,000 (depending on experience) and a competitive benefits package.
