Description
The successful HR Manager will be responsible for:
* Managing the recruitment & onboarding processes
* Advising on a range of HR policies and procedures
* Management of the Single Central Register (SCR)
* Training and inductions of new staff.
Profile
The successful HR Manager must have:
* Experience in a HR generalist position
* Experience of working within education
* Excellent organisational and attention to detail skills.
