EMEA Senior Payroll & Benefits Officer
£45k to £55k + Bonus - City
A renowned and leading Investment firm based in the heart of City seek an experience EMEA Senior Payroll & Benefits Officer to join their team and hit the ground running.
Reporting into the Head of Payroll you will have full responsibility of your Payroll & Benefits offering and be the subject matter expert.
The duties are as follows:
Payroll:
Ownership of the monthly payroll process, overseeing, checking and committing the payroll in the UK and in other offices including, Australia, Austria, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Italy, Spain and Germany
Maintaining internal relationships and payroll providers in the UK and global regions
UK payroll reporting using ADP Freedom/ ADP iHCM
Project lead - data transfer project - ADP Freedom to ADP iHCM
Ownership of the P11D and the EMEA company car process
Performing regular payroll reconciliations
Working closely with Ernst & Young in order to maintain the Expatriate payroll and in managing international mobility
Liaising with HMRC on PAYE related matters
Close relationship with the Compensation and Benefits team in relation to the annual compensation process
Managing of internal and external payroll audits
Benefits:
Managing the Auto-Enrolment process for the UK entities, maintaining close relationships with pension providers
Preparing monthly pension contribution and auto-enrolment reports
Facilitating the transfer process from DB to DC pension scheme
Working with pension providers in European regions
First point of contact for any pension related queries
Managing of internal and external pension audits
Shareplan correspondent for the Netherlands and Italy
Managing the annual Shareplan process from start to finish, including preparation of the annual Shareplan brochure in collaboration with local tax lawyers, managing subscription and redemption requests, processing Shareplan payments
Managing of annual benefit renewals for long term disability and life insurance schemes in the UK
