EMEA Payroll Specialist £50k to £65k + Bonus & Benefits - Central London

A global Financial Services organisation seek and experienced EMEA Payroll Specialist.

Reporting into the EMEA Payroll Manager you will be the subject matter expert for all payroll questions and queries in relation to a number of EMEA Payrolls.

The Role:

Processing and end to end payroll offering for a number of EMEA countries

Be the subject matter expert for all payroll questions and queries

Payroll Accounting: Reconciliations, GL and the Journals

Keep on the pulse for any legislation changes across the regions

Strong liaison with HR, Finance, IT, Third Party Vendors

Assist with the full year end process: Reporting

Working alongside the EMEA Payroll Manager looking at ways to implement and streamline the payroll processes

Work on any payroll related projects

Skills & Experience:

Must have a wealth of payroll experience and exposure across the UK and EMEA

Strong communication skills internal/external

Business Partner skill set with Senior Stakeholders and Vendors

Strong Excel (V Look Ups/Pivot Tables)

Strong analytical skill set

Payroll systems ADP
