Description
The successful HR Manager will be responsible for:
* Providing advice on HR policies and procedures
* Responsible for advising managers on any employee relations case
* Managing the recruitment and onboarding processes
* New starter training and inductions.
Profile
The successful HR Manager must have:
* Experience in a HR Generalist position
* Experience working within education would be desirable.
* Enhanced DBS would be desirable.
