Temporary Recruitment Assistant

An interim Recruitment Assistant job in Camberley for 6 months supporting high volume, fast paced recruitment

Your new company
A high growth scientific brand based in Camberley. Due to increased workload, a Recruitment Assistant is required to support the Talent Partner for an initial period of 6 months.

Your new role
Reporting to the Talent Partner, you will be responsible for helping deliver a fast paced, efficient and cost effective recruitment solution for the wider business.
You will lead the full on-boarding process for c50 heads per month, inclusive of right to work and reference checks. You will draft internal adverts and coordinate diaries to ensure interviews are completed in a timely manner. You will update trackers and maintain ATS data to ensure reporting is accurate and reliable. You will liaise with line managers to ensure that they are completing requisitions effectively to commence the recruitment process.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience supporting high volumes in short SLAs. You will ideally come from an FMCG / Life Sciences / Service Delivery background where turnarounds are fast and recruitment is in high volumes. You will be an autonomous individual who can take ownership of the role.
