Does a greenfield reward role within a recently listed FTSE 250 sound attractive? If so, then this could be the perfect role for you!

Our client is an innovative leader in its specialist sector, valued at over £1.3bn. Private equity backed, it listed in early 2020, appointed its first Chief People Officer during lockdown and notwithstanding the challenging environment we find ourselves in, is well on its way to achieving its future growth objectives.

It's a technology-based business which provides and manages smart energy meters in the homes of millions of domestic customers. With an excellent leadership team already in place, this is an exciting time to join and be part of a senior HR leadership team who are creating and delivering a people strategy to achieve its ambitious business objectives

Reporting into the recently appointed CPO, the essence of the new role is to provide delivery and strategic oversight for pay, reward, benefits, pension, policies, HR systems, related processes and performance strategies as well as providing detailed support for the PLC Remco. You'll also introduce and maintain a new HRIS.

Strong candidates will have previously led/played a key role in reward in a Plc environment Executive Remco experience is essential.

From a personal perspective, we're looking for the best. Successful candidates will be proactive, positive, impactful individuals with strong analytical skills and intellectual rigour. Pragmatism and collaboration are valued here and everyone strives to be and do their best.

As you'd expect, our client is currently working in a very flexible way, with working from home being the norm. In due course, when F2F meetings become more frequent (!) then the ideal candidate will need to be able to be based in Manchester city centre 2-3 days per week, as well as spend some time in London.

If this sounds like you and you're up for a new challenge, then we're keen to hear from you.
