We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join this global business based in Chesterfield covering a variety of UK sites.
Reporting into the European HR Director you will work closely with senior UK stakeholders across the business and will be confident in operating as part of a senior leadership team.
You will work in a highly autonomous capacity in very much a HR Business Partnering style in order to achieve success and credibility in this role, including your approach to Trade Union partnerships.
The focus of this role will include solid elements of Employee Relations throughout the business, steering, guiding and coaching managers in suitable resolutions for such matters.
You will also have a proven track record of success of change management activities including restructuring and redeployment activities within business and will have prior experience of leading on these activities.
You will also be skilled in creative methods of Talent Attraction and recruitment ensuring talent pipelines and people plans are fulfilled.
The business has plans to move towards a more proactive approach to employee engagement and would therefore be keen on candidates who have made progress in this area.
You must be experienced in stakeholder management and have a strong influencing style to ensure HR maintains a high profile in this business and develops even further through your partnering skills. You must also be comfortable with occasional travel in order to achieve this aspect of your role.
