Payroll Administrator £20k to £23k + Benefits - Letchworth Garden City

Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting on behalf of a leading and nationally know Accountancy firm Located in Letchworth Garden City to recruit a Payroll Administrator on a permanent basis.

This role will be reporting into the Head of Payroll and working alongside several team members.

The role:

  • Processing client's payroll from start to finish (weekly, monthly, fortnightly)

  • Complete and submit all PAYE & NIC documentation including forms P45, P46, P38s and P46car

  • Process automatic transfer of Salaries Pensions and PAYE

  • Dealing with client's queries

  • Reconciliation and submission of year end forms

Skills & attributes:

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • 1- 2 years UK Payroll experience

  • Clients Payroll or bureau payroll experience (is a must to keep up with the pace)

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent planning & time management skills enabling the prioritization of multiple activities.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and team working skills.

  • Flexible "can-do" attitude
