HR Design Analyst

Your new company
This large shared service centre is looking for a new HR Analyst to join the team on a remote working basis. The role will be on a fixed term basis which could be extended longer. You will get to work remotely entirely for this role for this very flexible opportunity.

Your new role
This role will include the design and aliment of the companies organisational structure, the structure of the roles within the company and also the processes and strategies that are currently in place. You will be responsible for redefining and restructuring initiatives, analysing data, informing senior decision making, running meetings with various stakeholders along with process improvement, producing presentations and reports.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will need to have a strong analytical background, be a very data and logic driven individual. You will need to ability to work with all levels of people within the organisation from junior to very senior. You will also need to have very strong organisational skills along with excellent time management skills. They are also looking for someone with strong excel skills including VBA/MACROs.
