Customer Contact Officer
The Customer Contact Officer will be the main contact for customers and/or employees. You will be required to handle all customer queries.

The Customer Contact Officer will liaise with customers via telephone and email to resolve and queries and issues they may have. Providing excellent customer service throughout, ensuring all queries are dealt with in a time effective manner.
The Successful Customer Contact Officer will have/ be:
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment, with a proven ability of delivering a high standard of customer service.
- Previous experience working within the Housing industry
