Your new role
HRBP reporting into the HR Director (UK, EMEA, APAC). This role has been created to partner with colleagues across Europe (incl. UK, Germany, France, Luxembourg), providing comprehensive support around all people matters. You'll be responsible for building out the HR infrastructure, putting policies and procedures in place and working to implement local company benefits. You'll take the leading on varying complexity ER cases as they arise, be responsible for annual salary review processes and ad-hoc HR project work.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll be a strong HRBP with experience working across EMEA (ideally, having worked with colleagues in Germany). You will be adaptable and able to work in a small team, picking up and leading on a number of HR initiatives. A financial services background is desired, although all backgrounds considered. A strong educational background and CIPD qualifications are also desired.
What you'll get in return
£50,000-£60,000 salary (depending on experience) + discretionary bonus.
