Are you immediately available? Do you have previous HR/ER experience within a fast paced public sector environment? Can you commit to a temporary immediate contract?
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of HR professionals working with a diverse and often challenging workload, supporting our workforce with a variety of HR support requirements. The role involves holding a caseload of employee relations cases including sickness absence, capability/performance, disciplinary, grievance and organisational change.
Your new role
Supporting the wider business with a variety of complex case work, managing sickness absences, supporting line managers through process and ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to and provide guidance accordingly. Working across a large service with a diverse workforce and complex needs this role requires a strong HR leader with the ability to commit with immediate effect for approximately 2 months.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous public sector and ideally NHS experience within a HR capacity.
Minimum level 3 CIPD qualification
Ability to work in a hybrid manner when required
