Your new role
This HR Manager opportunity is responsible for managing the HR processes for the company, as well as line managing a small team. You'll be looking to maximise the HR services - delivering a generalist HR function across all areas of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration and coordinating training.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in the UK reporting to the Director of Operations. Occasional national and international travel may be required.
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail are required in this role. Experience of working in an international SME environment would be advantageous to the role holder, as is knowledge of the international development sector.
Fluency in French or other appropriate language skills would be desirable.
