An exciting opportunity for a true generalist HR Manager to support the creation of a new team within the NHS
Were seeking a HR Manager to join an NHS Trust on an initial 6 months fixed term contract to support the creation of a newly formed team. You will be working as part of a fast moving project to create a new team supporting key areas of the NHS.
As an HR Manager you will provide a comprehensive HR support/service to a newly created team and therefore you will be leading on a variety of HR, Resourcing, workforce and employer relations.
Key tasks could include :
- HR Support / Guidance to Managers
- Structures /Job descriptions, job evaluation,
- Recruitment campaigns,
- Coaching managers,
- Employer Relations Case Work
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager who is happy to work as part of a fast moving project. You will have a full HR Generalist background across all areas including, resourcing, supporting new teams, HR policy and process, ER case work and HR Projects.
CIPD Level 7 ideally
Proven experience in HR Manager capacity
Previous NHS experience essential
This is a 6 months fixed term contract working from home
