An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Norwegian speaking Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join a global logistics distribution and supply chain business. The successful candidate will look after the Norwegian market, managing the full order to cash process, ensuring orders go out on time and in full.

Our client, within the Manufacturing and Production based in Stoke on Trent, is looking for a Norwegian speaking Customer Service Representative. With a fantastic brand name in the market, this is a great opportunity to maintain customer relationships and ensure order completion


Duties of the role include:

  • Managing the customer relationship, ensuring continuity of service
  • Keep customers updated with new product lines, acting with commerciality
  • Ensuring order management, by effectively monitoring and analysing customer portfolios
  • Plan deliveries with customers and organise the most efficient method of delivery with logistics
  • Manage customer order portfolio
  • Work closely with the sales team to execute and track customer actions
  • Ensure support and after sales service, procession complaints in an accurate manner


The successful Norwegian speaking Customer Service Representative will be/have:

  • Fluent Norwegian communication skills - both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of the order fulfilment process
  • Great teamwork skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A customer centric approach

Job Offer

Salary on offer £27k - £29k per annum
