A new role for an ambitious HR & Talent Assistant to join a growing Manufacturer in Chandlers Ford.
Your new company
My exclusive client are a manufacturer of products to commercial & industrial buildings across the UK, also offering a wide range of specialist services to improve the performance of existing equipment.
Your new role
This is a new role for the company as the HR & Talent function grows as part of the continued expansion across the wider business. Reporting to an excellent HR & Talent Manager, you will enjoy a diverse role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, working closely with all levels of the business.
Key areas of the role include: administration, employee relations, recruitment / talent attraction, training / L&D & payroll.
Working hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.
What you'll need to succeed
This opportunity will suit a HR Administrator or HR Assistant looking to move into a more challenging, diverse role where you will be exposed to a variety of work within HR and Talent. Supported by an experienced team, this position will suit someone who is resilient, ambitious & can adapt within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
A CIPD Level 3 qualification is preferred, but you must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role, ideally with manufacturing / engineering or similar.
