Development and Engagement Manager (OD) - brand new role.

Working with Managers and the Exec Leadership Team across the business to contribute to the design and delivery of People and OD strategies

A Housing organisation in London, currently undergoing a massive transformation and change programme (medium sized)

Description

Working with Managers and the Exec Leadership Team across the business to:
- Contribute to the design and delivery of People and OD strategies
- Create and lead an L+D strategy aligned to the business and its requirements.
- Design and deliver OD, L+D and Change Management strategies and interventions around high-performance culture, continuous improvement, EDI, culture and values, employee engagement and wellbeing, talent management, leadership capability and other employee development related initiatives.
- Align the above with the organisation's vision and values

Profile

Highly autonomous

Ability to work in very fast-paced environments

Demonstrable experience of working with Managers and Senior Leaders across organisations to:

- Contribute to the design and delivery of People and OD strategies
- Create and lead an L+D strategy aligned to the business and its requirements.
- Design and deliver OD, L+D and Change Management strategies and interventions around high-performance culture, continuous improvement, EDI, culture and values, employee engagement and wellbeing, talent management, leadership capability and other employee development related initiatives.
- Align the above with the organisation's vision and values

Candidates seeking a long-term role only (at least 2 years+)
