A leading global law firm are looking for an HR Business Partner to join their close knit HRBP team, supporting a fee earning population across a number of offices. You will be responsible for (but not limited to): Working with and influencing key stakeholders and Partners to improve business performance by identifying areas for improvement and facilitating change initiativesDeveloping and sustaining strong relationships with key client groups to become a trusted advisorContribute to business planning and strategic discussions by providing commercial advice and support on all HR Operational issues.Work with L&D colleagues to ensure that fee earners have the right skills, experience and knowledge to manage people effectively and to help and support them when gaps are identified.Lead the Talent Management process for the client groupWork with Partners to support ongoing and effective career development conversations across the client groupsLead the annual fee earner performance moderations processRun and implement the salary review process You will possess: Graduate or equivalent qualification and ideally CIPD qualifiedHR Manager/ Business Partner experience gained in a legal or professional services environmentA track record of successfully building effective relationships with senior stakeholdersFluency with HR systems and an ability drive outcomes by to getting the best from people dataExperience managing junior staffResilience, pragmatism and a can do attitude
