An exciting opportunity has come up in a long-standing Private sector based in Newton Abbot.


Your new role
You will work in a successful Private sector company in a standalone role. You will need to review and update all HR policies and processes. You will coach & up skill managers and work alongside the senior leadership team. You will need employee relation experience, have strong employment law and legislation knowledge. You will identify opportunities for improvement


What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a strong, confident, and highly capable HR professional. You will need to be someone that will build trust, respect and be pro-active. You will need to be a strong HR Generalist who is a problem solver and influencer. You will need experience in coaching and upskilling managers. You will need to be hardworking, resilient and a pro-active HR professional with strong communication skills. You will ideally have a minimum of a Level 5 CIPD qualification.
