An exciting opportunity has arisen with a rapidly growing Cyber security company. The business have ambitious plans for expansion and to continue with their growth they are investing in talent to join the organisation and drive the company values and develop existing staff.

The business is looking to hire a HR Advisor to support the growing People function. You'll be supporting the Group HR Manager with day-to-day processes that ensure the employees get a world class employee experience. You will be part of the team to help drive People initiatives, champion the culture, and deliver excellent administrative support to the team.

Key duties include:

Be the go-to person for People-related admin and operational requests

Address and resolve employee relations issues including: conducting investigations, disciplinary, grievance and partner with senior managers

Create and revamp template HR documents (employment contracts, consultancy agreements etc), issue/adapt them for individual circumstances, and regularly review and update them as appropriate in line with business needs.

Document and process joiners, leavers, promotions and other changes to employment T&Cs as necessary

Support with the develop and implementation of HR processes and policies as required to grow the business

Manage the On-boarding process for new team members

Support the drive for employee engagement and champion the culture

Manage employee benefits administration

Support the implementation of talent development activities

Take ownership of HR data, ensure it is clean and regularly updated, and share it with stakeholders in a user-friendly format as necessary

Keep the company informed of HR trends, potential new initiatives, and best practices

Responsible for taking minutes at our board meetings

Key experience/Skills:

CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)

Previous experience at HR advisor level

A team player with a sense of humour and a 'can-do' attitude: willing to get stuck in and take charge of tasks big or small, and always focused on finding practical solutions

Good knowledge of UK employment law, policies and processes

Be comfortable operating in a fast-moving, fluid environment that reflects our rapid growth in recent years

Be a strong communicator: clear, accurate and to the point, both verbally and in writing
