A global accountancy is looking for an Assistant L&D Manager to join their dynamic and expanding team.

Key responsibilities of this role includes:

  • Working in partnership with the team to design, deliver and implement key learning needs across the firm

  • Actively championing learning offering to enable maximum utilisation

  • Develop and grow solid relationships with key business stakeholders

  • Support L&D Managers with firm initiatives

  • Identify improvements and provide solutions to develop those options

This person will:

  • Have design and delivery experience, ideally in a professional services firm

  • Have excellent communication skills and be comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders

Be educated to degree level or equivalent
