Job Details
A global accountancy is looking for an Assistant L&D Manager to join their dynamic and expanding team.
Key responsibilities of this role includes:
- Working in partnership with the team to design, deliver and implement key learning needs across the firm
- Actively championing learning offering to enable maximum utilisation
- Develop and grow solid relationships with key business stakeholders
- Support L&D Managers with firm initiatives
- Identify improvements and provide solutions to develop those options
This person will:
- Have design and delivery experience, ideally in a professional services firm
- Have excellent communication skills and be comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders
Be educated to degree level or equivalent
