Full time, permanent L&D Assistant role which will report into the HR Manager and which will provide a fantastic opportunity for an experienced L&D/ Training professional.

This is an extremely broad and varied role which will be a hands on opportunity for an experienced Training/ L&D candidate who is able to hit the ground running designing their training and delivering material to employees across the business.
You will manage all of the new starts and inductions, training them on policies, procedures etc. You will work closely with line managers designing and delivering training to their employees/ teams, in addition to working closely with HR focussing on appraisals, PDPs, engagement, social events etc.
You will be able to work on both a 1:1 basis, in addition to delivering training on a group basis. You will manage training budgets and manage training resources.
- L&D/ Training Experience
- Manufacturing experience is highly desirable or relevant industry experience
- Confident, outgoing personality to comfortably deliver training
