- To provide guidance and advice to employees and Managers in line with legislation and company policy
- To perform a variety of data processing and HR tasks for our client based in Reading

Description
- Managing and maintaining the internal database ensuring that all records are kept up to date
- Deliver reporting on a monthly basis
- Attend weekly team meetings including preparing materials such as reports and graphs
- Coordinate the recruitment projects
- Lead on ad hoc HR projects
Profile
- CIPD qualified (preferably)
- Proficient using MS Packages
- Experience creating charts and graphs
- Previous HR advisory experience
- Knowledge of GDPR
