£16ph 20-23hpw Temp HR TUPE role based in Plymouth, with remote working

An exciting opportunity has come up in a large public sector company in Plymouth.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing a TUPE project for 200-300 employees. You will manage the organisational change and ER cases in relation to the TUPE project. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and manages the risks. This is a part time (20-23hpw) temp role at £16ph (with holiday on top).
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a strong HR generalist with Employment Law and legislation knowledge. You will need to have experience in managing TUPE projects, ER cases, project management and organisational change. You will liaise with key stakeholders and ideally have knowledge of working within an NHS environment. You will need at least a Level 5 CIPD qualification.
