A fast-growing Tech company are looking for an experienced recruiter who can support with roles across multiple business functions.

They are looking for someone who can work autonomously and be able to build relationships with senior stakeholders. It is an exciting time to join the business as they have proven to be resilient through the pandemic and are looking hiring a number of roles in the next coming months. The role is stand alone reporting into the Head of people.

The role is on a 3-month basis initially with the potential to go permanent afterwards. The role is paying £200 per day. The role is remote based for the foreseeable future.

Responsibilities

Recruit roles across Tech/Sales/UX/Support

Own the full-cycle of the hiring process: job qualification, pro-active sourcing (direct approach via LinkedIn, emails, networking, referrals etc), interviewing, selection, closing, onboarding

Provide great candidate and internal customer experience from application stage to offer

To be successful you MUST have:

2+ years of successful experience in hiring in-house for Start up or SME companies

Experience in hiring across Tech/Sales/UX/Support

Demonstrated skills in building talent pipelines outside adds and organic applications

Experience partnering and influencing hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle
