As a telesales advisor you will be joining a well established and thriving business. You will be passionate about promoting the business while at the same time offering an excellent level of service which results in repeat business.

Our client is a market leading business within their field. They are going through a huge period of growth and looking for a sales executive who wants to grow along with the business.


As a Telesales advisor, you can expect the following duties:

- Hit daily, weekly and monthly KPI targets

- Work successfully as part of a team and contribute to the positive team environment

- Generate good quality leads and meetings / close sales on the phone

- Provide first class customer service

- Represent your brand impeccably at all times

- Quality email correspondence over outlook with customers / potential clients

- Numerically competent with basic mathematical skills

- Excellent communication skills, able to build rapport and progress conversations

- Problem solve and find solutions for your clients


The successful telesales agent will have:

  • Previous knowledge of working in sales/telesales
  • Previous cold calling knowledge
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong administration skills
  • Ideally have a call centre background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ambitious an target driven
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to show empathy

Job Offer

On offer is a salary of £19,000 - £21,000 per annum plus commission , pension , company events and excellent training
