Your new company:
A worldwide organisation who are undergoing a significant digital transformation. This not-for-profit really treats its employees well with excellent flexibility, accountability, good salaries and benefits. You'll be joining an experienced HR team as part of the UK head office hub.
Your new role:
This is a role where you can get involved in the organisation's strategy as well as delivery. You'll be responsible for running recruitment campaigns for vacancies of course, (between 10 - 20 live roles typically) but also will work closely with the Head of HR on strategies to promote diversity in the organisation. You'll use innovative ideas to broaden the diversity and quality of applications, and will improve processes to reduce unintended bias in attraction and selection. You'll work across the UK arm of the organisation and will enjoy the support of an experienced HR team. You'll also be the point of contact for agencies.
What you'll need to succeed:
You'll be a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment professional from either an in-house or agency background. Critically, you'll be adept at attracting talent, you'll have a multi-channel talent attraction methodology. You'll know how to leverage networks and social media as well as specific job boards and databases to source diverse and qualified applicants.
What you'll get in return:
You'll get a salary of around £28k - £32k FTE with a further retention bonus upon completion of the contract.
