6 - 12 month fixed term contract
£70,000 - 90,000 + benefits (dependent on experience)
This role is perfect for an experience TA tech professional that has worked in and lead the strategy for a high growth, dynamic environment in which the needs are evolving all the time. This company have just won a new round of funding to enable the to grow, meaning they will be hiring circa 110 people in the tech space over the next 12-18 months, as well as the Non-Tech hires required to expand their organisational infrastructure and ensure their next step is a success.
In this role, they are looking for somebody that has had previous experience in a high growth organisation and is ready for a role in which they are required to think outside the box in their approach to Talent Acquisition and can establish exactly what their strategy needs to look like - for example, looking at scaling tech rec solutions, or looking for lower cost solutions. This role will be focused on the "bigger picture", but will require someone that is happy to still get involved in the tech hiring given the scale of the project. In addition, as they are a small team that are going through exponential growth, they are looking for an individual that is happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in where necessary - a characteristic essential to the team dynamic and possessed by all. You will also be responsible for the management of one other recruiter initially, as well as another recruitment hire they are currently making.
This person will be a team player, happy to get involved wherever necessary, and that is used to a fast paced/high growth environment. The role will initially be 100% remote with all virtual recruitment process; the longer-term strategy for return to office is still under review, but they foresee at least the majority of this contract being remote, and at most suggesting this person comes in 1-2 days per week, or only for essential meetings
- Experience in high growth business
- Minimum 5 years internal recruitment experience
- Experience in hiring C#, scrum masters, BAs and developers specifically, but the broader variety the better
- Experience in scaling teams and scaling TA operations
- Financial services experience
