HR Manager (Corporate) - Global Shipping Firm - Remote / London City

A global shipping firm, who are based in the City of London, are looking to recruit for a HR Manager to join their London team.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be reporting into the HR VP and will support a population of c.100. You will be responsible for managing the corporate HR processes and procedures and will work with the HR VP to ensure all processes and procedures are conducted in line with Group HR Policy.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have vast generalist HR experience, ideally within the transport and logistics industry. You will be well versed across the employee life-cycle specifically; ER, Change Management, Reward (salary reviews, job design, bench marking etc) and MI reporting. You will also be degree / CIPD qualified.
