As Marketing Coordinator, you will be maintaining and growing customers through postal marketing campaigns and Direct response advertising.

Description

As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Work with the Marketing and Creative manager to establish achievable marketing goals and strategies to grow the company profitably, focusing on offline sales
  • Work as part of the marketing team to grow turnover and raise brand awareness online and offline
  • Assist the Marketing team with the creation of marketing content as required
  • Monitor competitors and report to relevant departments regarding new developments within the market
  • Purchase, evaluate and report on competitor product/services
  • Communicate with Customer support team with any marketing activity that will affect them
  • Assist with the booking, briefing and ROI of direct response advertising
  • Maintain marketing invoice register, ensuring all spend is shown on register
  • Assist with the annual direct mail plan
  • Coordinate Direct Mail campaigns, seeing through from design brief through to print and postage, working with copywriter for copy needs
  • Select data segment for Direct Marketing campaigns
  • Measure results of direct mail campaigns, analysing ROI and communicating findings to relevant departments
  • To manage the catalogue request process, ensuring that customers receive their catalogue promptly
  • Work with Marketing and Creative Manager to ensure effective control of marketing spend and marketing results, so that marketing objectives are achieved within budget
  • Work with whole marketing team to evaluate, monitor and analyse response to all customer touch points including e-mailers, in the box material and other marketing initiatives

Profile

Our client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator in the Nottingham area who has the following experience and qualifications:

  • C.I.M qualified or Marketing Degree
  • Experience in Direct Mail Marketing campaigns
  • Proficient at Marketing analysis
  • Computer literate, especially in Excel
  • Experience of working for a multi-channel retailer
