Does the opportunity to business partner the operational leadership team in an award-winning P/E backed B2B business appeal? Do you have experience of business partnering in fast growing contact centre, sales customer services environments?

If so, then this newly created role, might be right up your street.

Our North West based P/E backed client is a dynamic B2B organisation which develops and delivers business services to hundreds of thousands of business customers. They're a high-volume fast-moving innovative and acquisitive business, experiencing double digit growth and they're looking to appoint a new senior level HRBP to drive forward the next exciting stage of their expansion.

Employing c1,000 over 5 core UK locations their mission is clear; it's all about building a successful and profitable business which challenges and disrupts the conventional and can be taken to the next level.

We are recruiting an experienced senior HR professional to business partner their Operational leadership team ensuring they design and implement commercially effective people interventions that will deliver operational improvements.

Working with the COO, HR Director, and operations senior team the senior HRBP will influence and shape the people agenda for c 400 front line colleagues within a predominate call centre environment.

Additionally, they will support the delivery of a wide range of HR projects aligned to delivering against the wider business strategic agenda. These projects will span several areas including: Onboarding, Colleague Brand, Corporate Induction and colleague Engagement.

To hit the ground running it is likely you will have experience of managing multiple stakeholders, of working in high volume contact centre environments and a track record of engaging and motivating customer-orientated employees.

As would be expected in a business this size, "rolling up one's sleeves" is also important and we will be looking for candidates to demonstrate an operational delivery focus as well as the strategic element critical to the success of this role.

So, what will the business offer in return? As well as becoming a leader in a business with a strong growth trajectory, there may be longer term opportunities for career progression into the number one HRD slot in the future.
