HR Advisor

HR Advisor - North London - £32-34,000

Our client is a commercial organisation that is looking for a HR Advisor to join the HR team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will provide a proactive end to end comprehensive HR service to line managers including, Recruitment, Employee Relations and Learning & Development.

Key responsibilities will include:-

- Key contact for managers regarding all aspects of the policies and procedures
- Co-ordinate the on-boarding process for all new staff
- Manage ER cases including disciplinaries and grievances
- Recruitment
- Learning & Development
- Conduct annual internal audits
- Provide advice and guidance to line managers on absence management
- Produce HR reports

Ideally you will be:-

- CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards qualification
- Proven work experience as an HR Advisor
- Proven track record of managing ER casework
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT Skills
