Morgan McKinley are excited to be working with an International Pharmaceutical business in the search for a Total Reward Contractor to join the busy Reward team We are looking for a driven, motivated self starter to take ownership of the compensation plan as well as the below:

The day to day duties include:

  • Completion of the company reward package proposal
  • Working with the operations team to on company job evaluations
  • Support year end compensation planning
  • Support on benefit queries
  • Support the global benefit invoicing process
  • Employee engagement
The successful individual will have previous total reward experience in an international business ideally within the Pharmaceutical sector and be fully committed to the end of the assignment.
