Client Details
The client is a large healthcare organisation
Description
The key responsibilities are
- Provide expert HR and Employment Law guidance and support to the wider business
- Build solid working relationships with team managers, regional managers and directors and other members of the HR team
- Manage ER casework
- Support on recruitment activity including writing Job Descriptions and Adverts etc.
- Supporting the HR team on wider business projects including updating policies, procedures and tool kits
- Any other HR Support and Project work required
Profile
The successful candidate will be
- An experienced HR Advisor at Associate CIPD level or above
- Able to manage and prioritise a busy workload
- Knowledge of AfC Terms and Conditions
- Available to start within 1-2 weeks
- Experience working within Healthcare setting
- Excellent communicator
