HR Operations Advisor – French Speaking

Are you a Human Resources Advisor looking for your next step?

This role will be looking to test all your abilities and test your knowledge!

A leading international consultancy company headquarters in the USA, is looking for a fantastic Senior HR Operations Advisor to join their London team.

They are a fast growing, dynamic and entrepreneurial company looking for someone who enjoys and thrives in a busy environment.
 

Skills and attributes for success
• Building and maintain effective relationships to support all stakeholders
• Monitoring the HR inboxes and responding to any employee enquiries or escalating when needed
• Updating the HR Management system (Workday) with all relevant information 
• New starters – Preparing all offer paperwork including cover letters, contracts and right to work
• Processing any background checks through vendors
• Carrying out any invoice reconciliations 
 
To be successful in this role you must have:
• Proactive and detail orientated
• Well organised and can handle your time effectively
• Respectful to confidentiality and your own integrity 
• A proficient IT user of  MS Office such as Word, Excel and Outlook
• At least 4-5 years' previous HR experience
• Experience of using an HR System (preferably Workday)
• You must be fluent in French
