Oakleaf Partnership are assisting a financial services business in their search for a HRIS Support Analyst. This role will be based out of their Canary Wharf offices, sitting alongside the Learning and Development team.The role holder will support the HRIS team, supporting the Learning and Development team from a systems perspective.The responsibilities include:Main point of contact for the LMS - supporting the team and the wider business.Maintain the system so that it is up to date, including participating in new module roll outs, troubleshooting the system and system updates.Maintain data integrity in the system, run reports and perform analyticsBuild relationships with IT and other internal technical teams so as to support the needs of the business as far as possibleThe successful candidate will have the following attributes:Previous experience working Learning and Development - and a keen desire to move into systemStrong communication skills, and ability to build effective relationships To be considered for this position, please apply accordingly.
