Job Details
A newly created role to work in tandem with an internal HR Manager. This role will be home-based and focused on increasing awareness and promoting employee well being for employees in fully remote positions.
Client Details
Our client is an international BPO/BPM working with clients across sectors including IT and finance.
Description
- Plan and develop a HR strategy for the Derby team's ongoing growth and transformation
- Work closely with the global HR team to ensure consistency across the board
- Support the team who are adapting to a fully-remote capacity
- Manage and motivate HR team
- Lead projects to increase employee well-being
- All other general HR duties
Profile
The successful candidate will need to be tenacious, hard-working and able to juggle multiple tasks and projects. A background in a call centre environment is highly desirable. We're looking for motivated self-starters who can think on their feet and thrive in an incredibly fast-paced environment. Experience of managing a team remotely is needed.
