Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with a top organisation in Leicestershire on their search for a HR Administrator.

This will be a permanent position.

The ability to work at pace is essential for this role. We need someone who is detail orientated, isn't phased by changing priorities and works with a manner of urgency.

With that being said attention to detail is an absolute must.

This is an exciting time to join the business as they are expanding and looking to modernise, enhance and improves policies and processes across the business.

HR Administrator – The Role

Inputting data on the system
Recruitment
Employment Checks
Medical Checks
Updating the HR system
Ensuring GDPR guidelines are being followed
Contracts and Offer letters

Although this role will demand an essence of pace and multi-tasking, you will be joining a close knit team who are friendly and fun and like to have a laugh amongst the business.
