A global Financial Services business based in the city are currently looking for an L&D Lead on a 6 month basis. This role will be responsible for leading or co-leading different global Learning & Development projects, which include:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a L&D role preferably in an international company with a matrix management structure, ideally within financial services
- Experience in planning, designing, delivering, evaluating, and administrating training programmes & projects
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of Articulate 360 and TalentSoft is an advantage.
