  • Diary management - meetings and travel and re-schedules when appropriate
  • Preparation of relevant documents for meetings
  • Organising internal and external meetings
  • Distributing daily post
  • Creating documents and presentations
  • Monitoring the inbox and phone lines
  • Sending out UK wide email communications regarding any changes or updates

Profile

  • Previous EA/PA experience within a large blue chip organisation
  • Confident and a self starter
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
