You will be working for a well know organisation and employer within the Oldham area who are looking to recruit for a new permanent HR Advisor
Your new role
Reporting into the Senior HR Advisor you will be responsible for a full generalist role supporting the business and their staff base of approximately 500. The organisation has an established HR team which consists of 5 people and your role will be to support all aspects of hr from ER to L & D to recruitment. You will be first point of contact for a number of key stakeholders and managers of departments and be responsible for building relationships with them and providing support and correct advice to manage their issues and queries. As well as this it will be your responsibility to work closely with the senior HR Team and push forward ideas and new strategy through to your individual department areas.
What you'll need to succeed
The organisation are looking for an experienced HR Advisor and somebody who is a keen learner and who is great at building relationships. A candidate with Itrent would be beneficial but this is not essential as well as somebody with a keen interest in reporting and analytics.
