Oakleaf are proud to be supporting a high profile sports nutrition brand in the search for an experienced HR professional to join . The role is for a People Partner to support the development of employee brand and Employee Value Proposition, and increase employees well-being across the business. The successful candidate will also have the responsibility to shape the , retention and reward strategy for the business. They will lead cultural change and drive the company values throughout the employees life-cycle.
The People Partner will be required to have a strong commercial awareness of leading HR in a small, fast paced and fast growing consumer business. Strong leadership, relationship and people management skills are a prerequisite for this role as well as the ability to strike a balance between and support.
We welcome interest from confident independently thinking HR professionals with experience working in fast paced and fast growing "start-up" businesses. A proven track record of developing talent, succession planning and performance management is important as is a strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
Candidates will be shortlisted if they are able to demonstrate their experience:
- Working in a standalone HRBP or HR Manager role
- Working in a fast paced environment, ideally in a start-up or fast growing environment
- Partnering senior business stakeholders, preferably at C-suite level
- Devising and implementing a People strategy and had the opportunity to review it
