E-Learning Specialist

I am really excited to be working with a growing global technology business in London on their search for a E-Learning Specialist. In this newly created role you will have the opportunity to partner closely with the business and wider HR team to create imaginative content as they look to bring e-learning inhouse. The business has adapted really well to virtual agile working and are looking for someone to create amazing tech based content using apps, games and animated videos to really engage their staff.

In this role you will create technical and soft skills learning content. You'll work closely with the business and the HRBPs to look at training and development needs to ensure that the content is really relevant. This role could suit someone with previous experience in an e-learning/instructional designer role with existing in-house experience or they are very open to looking at candidates from digital learning agencies.

The company has grown really quickly, but is still very informal, so this role will most likely suit someone who has worked in a smaller to medium size company. They are open on sector background but a technology/creative background would be a natural fit.

The organisation are wanting to move quickly with this hire, so are looking to interview candidates on a 1 month notice period or less.

Salary - £50-65,000 + Bonus + Benefits
