Badenoch + Clark has been exclusively engaged to source a new HR Operations Manager on a permanent basis for one of their growing clients in Sussex. Reporting directly into the HR Director and working alongside a supportive and friendly HR team, you will own the governance of the employee life cycle and support the business with people data, analytics, insight and knowledge.

Key responsibilities will include:
*Collaborating with the Engagement and L&D team to ensure appropriate and timely communication for each activity and ensuring it is supported by training/learning
*Updating People policies and Intranet pages in accordance with legislative or process changes
*Support the timely presentation of information and business intelligence to a range of audiences to inform decision making, streamline processes and support the organisation's understanding, monitoring and performance against key metrics
*Develop the organisation's workforce information reporting and analysis capacity
*Identify and participate in continuous improvement activities
*Oversee the Payroll function from the People perspective working closely with the Finance function to deliver an efficient and accurate service to staff
*Own the HR database ensuring data is accurate, GDPR compliant and the system fit for purpose

The successful candidate will have:
*HR database experience
*Project Management qualification or experience
*Payroll systems knowledge
*Strong analytical, numerical and reporting skills
*Excellent relationship management skills
*Ability to work in a high-pressure environment where multi-tasking, thoroughness and prioritisation is essential
*Ability to work independently and proactively engage with stakeholders at all levels
*Highly organised and deadline focused, with the ability to work through and motivate others to deliver
