Recruiter (Early Careers)

Your new company
We are currently working with a growing, International organisation, who are looking to hire an experienced Recruitment professional to join their global team on a permanent basis. This role is currently remote based but will require travel to the Oxford office.

Your new role
As the specialist Recruiter, you will be responsible for the direct hiring of entry level candidates into the business across multiple countries. You will be responsible for building relationships with Universities and other educational bodies to build a pipeline of future talent. You will work closely with and manage the relationship with key stakeholders across the business.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this opportunity, you must ave precious experience in recruiting in Early Careers and/or for Graduate schemes. International experience would be desirable but not essential. You will be ale to demonstrate the ability to build lasting stakeholder relationships.
